I purchased a account from Asset Associates Seoul on August 26, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Quentin U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
