False promises made by Asset Associates Seoul representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2519-UYV-4272 placed with Asset Associates Seoul on July 19, 1990. I paid $81.70 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vincenza K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
