I want to report a serious concern with Master Works Inc Holdings's item that I purchased on March 31, 1994 from your West Elissa, New York store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Flossie C., but my issue remains unresolved.
