I am writing regarding order #ORD-8156-LZQ-7002 placed with Master Works Inc Holdings on September 6, 2009. I paid $199.66 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cayla H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
