Warranty claim denied by SovereignFinancial

On May 23, 1975, I signed up for SovereignFinancial's exchange program at their Bennettville, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $24.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pietro X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
