False promises made by Master Structures representative

I purchased a account from Master Structures on July 14, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Horace E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
