I have been a loyal customer of ExcelFinance Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7885-DGN-2723) on May 11, 2007, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
