I have been a loyal customer of Projects Professionals for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-7715-FAH-1624) on January 22, 2004, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
