I have been a loyal customer of Cozy Stay Resorts for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2326-ZKJ-9548) on May 27, 1980, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
