I purchased a unit from Money Alliance Khon Kaen on December 11, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Billy Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
