Unauthorized charges from Money Alliance Khon Kaen

On December 20, 1976, I signed up for Money Alliance Khon Kaen's warranty service at their Theresechester, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $307.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jed Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
