Warranty claim denied by Titan-Builders

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9686-RUK-3540 placed with Titan-Builders on April 30, 1979. I paid $43.42 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zackary C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
