I am writing regarding order #ORD-7050-KMA-2905 placed with Standard-Builders Okayama Ltd. on May 2, 2023. I paid $649.66 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but River B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
