I am writing regarding order #ORD-2114-XLJ-3945 placed with Standard-Builders Okayama Ltd. on November 16, 2016. I paid $713.93 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Consuelo O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
