Unauthorized charges from Excel Venture

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4763-QHU-5170 placed with Excel Venture on April 6, 1997. I paid $890.33 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Andres U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
