Overcharged by Elite Escape & Getaways for service

On April 29, 1973, I signed up for Elite Escape & Getaways's warranty service at their Gerlachstad, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $809.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Louvenia A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
