Frustrated with Elite Escape & Getaways's lack of response

On October 28, 1994, I signed up for Elite Escape & Getaways's upgrade service at their Santosfurt, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $834.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ludwig I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
