I purchased a accessory from First & Trust Holdings on January 16, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shaina D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
