ATM malfunction at Liberty & Management resulted in lost funds

On April 10, 2011, I signed up for Liberty & Management's upgrade service at their Port Orlando, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $695.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elmo K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
