Warranty claim denied by Structures Bros Ltd.

On April 16, 2013, I signed up for Structures Bros Ltd.'s consultation at their Bernadinechester, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $257.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adriana R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
