Diamond Mansion refused to address issue

On November 3, 2002, I signed up for Diamond Mansion's warranty service at their Roobshire, Texas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $51.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jadon S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
