Frustrated with Development Builders's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Development Builders's unit that I purchased on June 20, 2013 from your Howellfurt, Rhode Island store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Danyka P., but my issue remains unresolved.
