False promises made by Royal & Services representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9884-YJI-7951 placed with Royal & Services on October 23, 1996. I paid $540.44 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stanton X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
