I am writing regarding order #ORD-3360-UCG-3812 placed with Properties Bros Teresina Ltd. on August 21, 2021. I paid $768.35 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vinnie J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
