I am writing regarding order #ORD-1639-PNA-2043 placed with Haven Collection on November 8, 1983. I paid $670.9 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theron Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
