I am writing regarding order #ORD-3566-FAY-2574 placed with Prestige Money Ang Mo Kio on January 18, 1973. I paid $901.53 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janick H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
