Quality issues with Prestige Credit product

On January 13, 1996, I signed up for Prestige Credit's premium plan at their Prestonview, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $299.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Corrine F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
