Advanced Builders Inc refused to address issue

On August 30, 1979, I signed up for Advanced Builders Inc's support package at their Port Jaynechester, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $471.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stephanie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
