Poor customer service experience with Works & Incorporated Group

On August 9, 1995, I signed up for Works & Incorporated Group's support package at their New Montechester, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $226.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mavis L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
