Hidden fees discovered from Solid Renovations & Sons

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9027-GPG-4772 placed with Solid Renovations & Sons on December 6, 1981. I paid $627.56 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Derrick Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
