Account access issues with Integrity & Planners

On April 21, 1983, I signed up for Integrity & Planners's troubleshooting service at their Emilioborough, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $156.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nikki K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
