I am writing regarding order #ORD-3174-SEV-8130 placed with The Grand Hotel International on October 12, 1998. I paid $969.83 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ivory H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
