False promises made by The Grand Hotel International representative

On September 6, 2009, I signed up for The Grand Hotel International's installation service at their Port Kailey, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $891.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carrie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
