Unsatisfactory resolution from Works Group

On November 1, 1978, I signed up for Works Group's setup assistance at their Port Wilhelminebury, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $324.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Geovanny I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
