Frustrated with Builders Contractors's lack of response

On May 10, 1992, I signed up for Builders Contractors's troubleshooting service at their Idellaborough, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $281.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reinhold Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
