UnitedCash Enterprises provided defective product

On August 7, 2013, I signed up for UnitedCash Enterprises's installation service at their East Telly, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $728.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vidal P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
