Contractors Inc Manchester refused to address issue

On April 30, 1997, I signed up for Contractors Inc Manchester's troubleshooting service at their Karlieton, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $56.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ardith B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
