Master Factories refused to address issue

On February 18, 1980, I signed up for Master Factories's consultation at their Lake Jesston, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $356.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keara O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
