Delayed delivery from Fund of First Corp.

On May 6, 2001, I signed up for Fund of First Corp.'s warranty service at their Lemketon, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $571.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jordon S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
