I purchased a solution from Prime Fiscal Corporation on January 4, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katarina U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
