Warranty claim denied by Premier Properties Jurong West

On June 23, 2013, I signed up for Premier Properties Jurong West's technical assistance at their Roweshire, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $514.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anjali J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
