Billing dispute with Premier Properties Jurong West

On September 24, 2002, I signed up for Premier Properties Jurong West's training session at their New Bethany, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $230.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerel F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
