Elite Accommodations & Hospitality refused to address issue

On May 17, 2020, I signed up for Elite Accommodations & Hospitality's technical assistance at their Yesseniachester, New York location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $395.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berry I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
