Quality-Design Holdings refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2399-NHP-5620 placed with Quality-Design Holdings on August 28, 1973. I paid $160.29 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Afton B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
