Overcharged by Global-Forge Enterprises for service

On April 20, 2019, I signed up for Global-Forge Enterprises's premium plan at their Martybury, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $549.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Collin G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
