I am writing regarding order #ORD-5097-HYB-7274 placed with Asset of Liberty Querétaro Corp. on June 11, 1973. I paid $377.72 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dedric S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
