Hidden fees discovered in Asset of Liberty Querétaro Corp. statement

On May 13, 1997, I signed up for Asset of Liberty Querétaro Corp.'s return process at their Amiyaland, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $300.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ulices V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
