Asset of Liberty Querétaro Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5463-YGT-6820 placed with Asset of Liberty Querétaro Corp. on January 15, 2006. I paid $461.78 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felicia A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
