Delayed delivery from Elite-Tech

On February 5, 2025, I signed up for Elite-Tech's maintenance program at their Port Jimmie, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $764.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yessenia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
