Misleading advertising by Elite Hotel & Hotels

On October 26, 2018, I signed up for Elite Hotel & Hotels's setup assistance at their Deondrestad, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $510.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Danika E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
